A young male is shown with a prominent hump and a turned down tip. He is shown prior to and after surgery where his hump was reduced, his tip was rotated and coordinated with the new height of the back of the nose. The surgery eliminated the appearance of a “hooked nose”. It is important to note that the back of the nose and the tip are coordinated to give the nose a pleasant appearance. *
